YOGA
Provides the framework to connect body, mind, and spirit, enhancing physical and mental awareness through practices that cultivate presence and balance.
AYURVEDA
Offers a personalized map for body care, integrating habits, nutrition, and routines tailored to our individual constitution (doshas).
CONSCIOUS SEXUALITY
Reclaims the power of sexual energy as a creative and transformative force, expanding our relationship with pleasure and breaking free from limiting patterns. More than a set of practices, Prazer em Movimento is an invitation to fully inhabit the body, transforming it into a sacred space of pleasure and vitality. It is a method that challenges us to transcend the ordinary and live more consciously, healthily, and aligned with our purpose.
DINACHARYA
Dinacharya is a concept from Ayurveda, the traditional Indian system of medicine, which means “daily routine” (dina = day, acharya = practice). It is a set of daily practices designed to align our body, mind, and spirit with the natural cycles of the Earth and the universe. The goal is to promote health, balance, and longevity by respecting the body’s biological clock and the rhythms of nature. Dinacharya varies according to each person’s predominant dosha (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha) but generally includes practices such as:
Working up early (preferably before the sunshine) to synchronize with the circadian rhythm.
Self-massage with medicated oils (abhyanga) to nourish the skin and balance the dosas.
Body cleaning, such as brushing teeth, tongue scraping (jiva shodhana), and washing eyes.
Gentle exercise such as yoga or walking, to stimulate circulation and energy.
Purification practices include evacuating and hydrating. At times, techniques such as nasya (nasal oil application) or gandusha (oil pulling) are applied.
Meditation to center the mind and cultivate inner peace.
